The Ultimate Goal Is To Inspire & Help You Become The Best Version Of Yourself! *LASH REQUIREMENTS* - You Must Come To Your Appointment With No Makeup Or Eye Makeup & Clean Lashes. - If You Wear Contact Lenses Please Do Not Wear These To The Appointment. - I Don’t Work On Top Of Anyone Else’s Work (Foreign Lash Refills). If You Are Wanting Your Lashes Filled In/ Done But They Have Been Completed Elsewhere, You Will Have To Book A Removal As Well As A Full Set. *LASH REFILLS* - Refills are recommended every 2 weeks. - In Order To Qualify For A Refill, You Must Have 40% Or More Of Your Lashes Remaining. - If You Book A Refill But Do Not Reach The Requirements, You Will Be Charged For The Full Set Or Your Appointment Will Be Cancelled. *ANY ISSUES?* - If You Have Any Issues With Your Lashes Please Let Me Know! After 72 Hours All Retention Issues Are Down To Aftercare. - PATCH TESTS Are Available Upon Requested. They Are Optional However, They Are Highly Recommended Especially If You Have Never Had Lash Extensions Before. They Must Be Carried Out At Least 48 Hours Before The Appointment. If You Go Ahead Without A Patch Test, I Will NOT Be Liable For Any Reactions. *EXTRA INFO* - Please Be Sure To Use Your REAL NAME And Be Sure To Put The Correct Information When Booking (Email, Phone, Etc) - Please Avoid Bringing Extra Guests To Your Appointment. - If You Need A Service Outside Of My Available Hours There Will Be an Additional Squeeze In Fee Of $20. - If You Book An Appointment The Day Of There Will Be An Additional Fee Of $20. - If You Are Sick Or Feel Any Symptoms Of Being Sick, Please Reschedule Or Cancel Your Appointment. Cancellation Policy

When canceling an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 50% charge. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of that service. Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once (ex. if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid). There is a 15-minute grace period - after 15 mins, there will be a $10 late fee (after 25 mins the appointment will be canceled and charged 50%). If the card on file declines, you will not be allowed to book any future appointments until the cancellation/ no show fee is paid.
